We offer a 30-day return window on all U.S. orders. Please follow the instructions below and initiate the return within 30 days from your original purchase date.
- Items must be in original new condition and must include any original packaging, including all tags, barcodes, and boxes when applicable.
- Books and stationery items must be in its original, unopened packaging with the seal or shrink-wrap intact.
- All sales are final for gift cards, digital items, custom orders (such as Heist), discounted items or workshop items.
- We do not offer returns, repairs or exchanges for products purchased through other than sdrtraveller.com. The return or exchange policy applies only to the original purchaser.
- Shipping fees both ways will be deducted from a refund.
- Refunds can be issued to the original form of payment or for store credit.
- Once a return is authorized, you have 30 days to send it back. Any returns after this period will not be accepted.
To initiate a return:
- Please pack the item in the original polybag or packages.
- Include our hang tag and any printed collateral included. To track your order, be sure the item has a barcode—which is either on the polybag or a hang tag.
- Ship the package using the prepaid shipping label we provide.
Once we receive your return and review the item is in the new condition, we will refund in the same method you paid. As a small business, we refund a full item value minus the shipping fee both ways to help cover the costs of shipping. The refund process typically takes 2 weeks after receiving the items back.
