We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return window on all U.S. orders. Please follow the instructions below and initiate the return within 30 days from your original receipt.
- The item is unused and sellable conditions with the hang tag still attached.
- Stationery items must be unopened and in its original packaging.
- Books must be shrink-wrapped.
- All sales are final for digital items, custom orders (such as 1M Hauly Heist), and discounted or workshop items.
- All gift cards are final sale.
- Returns for products purchased through other than sdrtraveller.com are not available.
To initiate a return:
- Please pack the item in the original polybag or packages.
- Include our hang tag and any printed collateral included. To track your order, be sure the item has a barcode—which is either on the polybag or a hang tag.
- Ship the package using the prepaid shipping label we provide.
Once we receive your return and review the item is in the new condition, we will refund in the same method you paid. As a small business, we refund a full item value minus the shipping fee both ways to help cover the costs of shipping. The refund process typically takes 2 weeks after receiving the items back.
A refund can only be sent to the original payment method.
If you're outside the U.S...
International returns are not currently available, sorry. The cost of shipping and handling items back is too high to make it workable for either side. Please note we are unable to offer support on local customs or refunds for import duties and taxes.
