SDR Traveller got its start supplying field equipment to Studio D, purveyors of discreet international research, design and strategy services to clients with a global remit. Every piece is designed for the rigours of dense-urban and edge-of-grid travel that lies at the heart of what we stand for.
Earlier this year Studio D completed an expedition to Tajikistan, and just published High Altitude Hikes, Wolves and Exploring the Borderlands detailing the experience.
Next month, the team head to Afghanistan for a three-week trek in the Wakhan Corridor, one of the remotest corners of the world, taking with them new SDR Traveller prototypes for testing. Both expeditions are sold out.
The team have just completed the planning for the 2019 Pamirs Expedition. Guaranteed interesting, occasionally very tough, the Pamirs Expedition will challenge who you are, and what you want to become. It's not for everyone, but might be a good fit for you.
