The Expedition Tool Roll keeps essential bike tools snug and protected, and provides clean, hi-visibility surface for repairs.
Weighs only 1.76 oz / 50g
It is engineered with the same attention to detail, appreciation of materials and consideration of weight as the bike you ride.
We also offer the Courier 60 Pouch.
We've run our fair share of expeditions across the globe. We appreciate the importance of carrying the right tools, and the cost of being stranded without them.
The Expedition Tool Roll addresses the five main issues of ride carry and repair:
The roll has capacity to carry bike repair essentials: including a road or mountain bike inner tube. A zipped pocket can be used for bank cards, notes and keys. The high contrast inner liner, provides clear visibility to components as they come off the bike.
The roll can be thrown into a bag, strapped to the frame or handlebars, carried in a jersey pocket, or sits snugly under the saddle.
The SDRT Grade Dyneema is weatherproof, ultra light and extremely strong. The fabric starts out a little stiff, and takes a few months use to reach a matte, crumpled state, all the while retaining its waterproof properties. It is one of the few synthetic fabrics that looks better the more it is worn in.
Each zip pull includes a Pamir Mountain stone picked from tributaries along the Pamir Highway, one of the world’s great, and remote high-altitude bike rides. It might seem counter intuitive to include stone in ultra light gear, in fact each weighs less than 0.9oz/4g, but they are a reminder of roads and trails well travelled, and the journeys to come.
No exterior branding.
